This week was honestly a lot and very tiring, but definitely productive. I had 3 assignments in ISM. Two of them were pretty simple. The 3rd one was pretty difficult to complete and took a lot of time. The first assignment was preparing 15 interview questions for the business symposium, which didn’t take much time to complete because I have a lot of questions in mind already about my subject. I am eagerly waiting to expand my network and connect with professionals who are wanting to help me get started with my career. The second assignment was making a rough draft of my resume. I already had one made but I did make a few changes to what classes I have taken. The hard assignment was the research assessment. We picked 5 articles and which wasn't the hard part. Reading and annotating the articles, reading new things, learning more about my subject, Forensic Accounting, was really fun and interesting. The main thing I learned was what type of people are usually the ones to commit the crime which actually shocked me. Trying to flow my thoughts on the research paper was difficult but I think I did better than my first research paper assignment. I am excited to learn more about my subject and get experience with it. I am also looking forward to getting with a mentor and making a final product!
